![]() I had a show a couple of weeks ago in SFAI's graduate gallery The Swell. It was exploring communication and the bridge between text and visual arts. I collaborated on ideas and show design with Rohit Sabu and Adam Donnelly, two second years at SFAI. My pieces included this book of drawings about a car accident and heartbreak, and audio of me singing. Also had some photography with typewritten text, watercolor, and installation. It was pretty fun, and a good start to the term, though install was the day after Vietnam and I was crazy stressed and jet lagged for a a week straight. Emotionally, though, I am feeling stronger and a little more in tune with what I need. I blame finally getting abroad and traveling again for that... (California is weird, and that's all I'm going to say about that for now).
